In this supply chain and logistics training, we will look at Key Performance Indicators which, as we will see in this training, are indicators, values, used to measure the performance of a company, business unit, department, or project.
We will start by first presenting the concept of Company strategy pyramid and see where KPIs position themselves in this pyramid and what role they play.
In a second part, we will define KPIs and see, how they are built up from events, data, and performance indicators. This definition will be supported by a visual example.
In a third part of this course, we will look at some examples of commonly used transportation logistics KPIs, as well as at some examples of project or situation specific KPIs or PIs.
Upon completion of the course, you will also be able to download the list of presented common logistics KPIs.
We will then close out the module and, to help validate the acquired knowledge, move on to a short interactive part.
This logistics data focused training runs for approximately 35 minutes.
User experience duration is expected to be around 60 minutes but may vary due to interactive parts and reflection time.
